Inside the Program
Over six weeks, you’ll use design thinking (inspired by Stanford’s d.school) to navigate a life or career transition and build values-aligned next steps.
1:1 Intake Session
Set your intentions before the first group call
Weeks 1 - 3: Who You Are
Map your current life with the Life Design Mandala
Clarify what matters most with your personal philosophy of work and life
Identify strengths, energizers, and your “zone of genius"
Weeks 4 - 6: Ideating & Doing
Generate options when you feel stuck (mind mapping + reframes)
Create three possible “next chapter” paths
Run small, low-risk experiments to see what fits
1:1 Integration Session
Integrate what you learned and leave with a clear, doable plan for what’s next

Meet Your Coach
👋🏻 I’m Lisa. In my mid-thirties, I walked away from a promising consulting career with no plan—no job lined up, no clear next step—just the deep certainty that my path was unsustainable.
Then I found a book called Designing Your Life and did every exercise. It gave me the clarity and courage to center my purpose in my career. I started with small prototypes and now am a certified Integral Coach. You can read all about my life design journey here.
Today, my coaching practice brings me joy and my daily life aligns with my values. I am honored to bring this transformational life design work to you.

This program is for people who want to live a coherent life, full of purpose and aligned with their values. Life design can be particularly powerful when going through transitions (finishing school, new job, retirement, career break, returning to work), but anyone can benefit from this program.

The program investment is $499. This includes two 1:1 coaching sessions (pre-program intake and post-program integration session), six live group coaching sessions, a copy of the book, and access to the program dashboard and resource library.

The next cohort is on Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm ET for six consecutive weeks: 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, and 5/20.
You will schedule your 1:1 intake and integration sessions based on your availability. -
The group will meet virtually for six weeks for 90 minutes. Sessions will be recorded in the event that you cannot attend one. Outside of group meetings, expect to spend at least 5 minutes per day on your personal mindfulness or somatic practice.

No! The beauty of this program is that you will have protected time to for guided self-reflection and the essential life design exercises from the book. You’ll also receive access to Lisa’s notes and favorite quotes from the book as a reference. You are welcome to read along, but it’s not required.

Yes! You’ll receive:
A 1:1 intake session before our first group call;
Spot coaching during live group sessions;
A 1:1 coaching session to integrate your insights from the program and move forward;
Asych support via chat and email throughout.
