Executive Intake
We start with a whole-person view of your work and life:
Role, team, responsibilities
Energy, sleep, and recovery
Relationships, values, and environment
Internal experience of emotions, inner critic, and habituated patterns
We identify where distraction, over-functioning, and old stories are running the show, and name the shifts you’re hungry for.

Coaching Plan
From there, we create a personal coaching development plan that’s specific to you and your leadership:
Core intentions for our work
Focus areas (energy, decision-making, difficult conversations, etc.)
Simple practices and experiments to move you toward your zone of genius
This isn’t a generic program. It’s a living document we adjust as you grow.

Coaching Sessions
We meet regularly for 1:1 coaching where we work at three levels:
Immediate: decisions, conversations, and situations on your desk this week
Deeper: the beliefs, habits, and body patterns driving how you show up
Design: the new chapter of work and life you’re moving toward
You’ll test changes and incorporate new practices in real time between sessions.

Our leadership coaching retainer is a steady, spacious partnership to evolve how you lead.
What’s included:
Two 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions per month
Optional 30-minute spot session each month for an urgent decision or conversation
Personal coaching development plan that we update as you grow
Private online coaching portal with:
Your plan
Session notes
Practices, tools, and resources curated for you
Asynchronous support between sessions (brief check-ins, notes, prompts as needed)
